I only had an hour today. I used a treadmill for the first time. It makes you earn your keep. I set it on a heart healthy setting, speed and incline varied. Thirty minutes was worth it. A lot tougher than walking the track.
I did thighs, lower back and abs. Love work on my core. I added weight and less reps on everything.
I strayed from my calory goal by 700 calories. On a good note, I have cut back on the sodas a great deal and added more water based drinks. I do love my unsweet tea.
I was hoping to do yoga this afternoon, but real life interferred. Oh well, there is always next week.
