I can't believe its been a year, I have been very active wallking 3 dogs , I aveaged 3-5 miles hikes in the mountains even in the snow, Unfortunately I haven't been streching or working on my strength.. Starting today I'll start, It's a shame because I was doinng toi well untill September I knoiw My Lord is going take care of my family,friends, and me.. We will overcome this Corivd 19 this year. I feel blessed because Iwe have onlky lost one family member to the virus and many have recovered Lord please give me you grace,stresnght and love this year. Help to be kind to people you put in my life.Amen
