I have started riding my bike, doing strength training and the best $100 I have invested was for a wii fit!!! I love it! I would sugest starting witha a walking program your hr needs toget elevated have someone keep an eye on your child or a stoller so the pace can be elevated and second a pedomiter to know how far you have gone I know its not easy was there myself and if your partner doesnt want to go with you SO WHAT do it for your self and enjoy the ride aven the speed bumps haha!
