I am 47, 5 ft 5 in and I have a lot of weight to lose. My goal is to lose over 100 pounds. I lost about 6 pounds in May and June, but I was not consistent. I started on Fitclick on July 3rd and have found it great. In less than two weeks I have lost 6 pounds. I went from a 266 lb to 258. I have been tracking everything I eat and drink.
