•  Carbohydrates: 70% of calories (408 - 432 g)
•  Protein: 18% of calories (96 - 120 g)
•  Fat: under 12% of calories (under 32 g)
•  Saturated Fat: under 27 g
•  Trans Fat: under 3 g
•  Dietary Fiber: over 33 g
•  Cholesterol: under 300 mg
•  Sodium: over 3000 mg
•  Total Sugars: under 175 g
•  Vitamin A: over 3000 IU
•  Vitamin C: over 90 mg
•  Calcium: over 1000 mg
•  Iron: over 8 mg
This is a diet specific for runners who have very little time for cooking and don't mind eating a lot of pasta and a snickers marathon bar everyday. I could replace the pasta with other high carb foods but I love pasta and it is cheap and easy. Also, because I am so busy, I often did not place the tright place such as breakfast or lunch. Some days you will see everything I ate for the day in the breakfast column.
