Preheat oven (or grill) to 350°

Peel and devien shrimp

Slice Jalapeño lengthwise into 6 pieces each

slice back of shrimp and insert jalapeno

wrap each shrimp with 1 slice of bacon and secure with skewer or toothpick

Place on baking sheet or raised above sheet on a cooling rack (less greasy) for approximately 8 minutes or until bacon is done to your preference.

Caution: if grilling, watch carefully and beware of flare ups!
