Cut up pieces of flank steak and put them in a large mixing bowl.

Add soy sauce, fresh black pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce, corn starch, sesame oil to the steak.

Mix ingredients and marinate 2 to 3 hours.

Add crushed garlic to the marinated meat.

Heat frying pan to medium high with 2tbsp oil

Put meat in first and stir

Add broccoli

Keep stirring. If it looks a little dry, add water.

Cook until cooked and tender
