Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350, line 8x8 pan with parchment paper if using glass or ceramic pan.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl.
Add egg, milk, and 2 tsp. vanilla mix on low to incorporate, then medium for 2 minutes.
Add boiling water gently stir. Batter will be very thin.
Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until inserted toothpick is clean.
Cool minutes in pan. Then cool on baking rack.
While cake is cooling, make frosting.
Melt chocolate in double boiler, add sour cream and 1 tsp vanilla.
Spread over cooled cake.
