Directions:  
First, slice the onions and brown them or at least fry in the oil until soft.
Then, beat the egg and whites together in a bowl and pour over the onions.

Let cook until a bit firm, pulling the edges away to let the liquidy part get to the edges and cook.
Add the piece of cheese.
Fold in half.
