Directions:

Prepare a dough with flour, lukewarm water, a pinch of table salt, and ajwain. Make 4 portions from the prepared dough.

Boiled fresh green peas & smash them.

Take 1 tsp of vegetable oil, preheat it in a non-stick pan, use smashed green pea and another 1/8 Tbsp of salt along with ground cumin seeds and green chili pepper to prepare the filling.

Put the filling in each one of the portion of the dough.
