Directions:  
1.) Preheat broiler (make sure wire rack is on the highest setting in oven). Soak 6 bamboo skewers in water for 10 minutes so they won't burn in oven.
2.) Whisk: peanut butter, HOT water, lime juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and minced garlic in a small bowl until smooth. Reserve half in another bowl.
3.) Cut steak into 6 strips and thread accordion-style onto skewers. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and arrange on greased broiler pan.
4.) Brush both sides with remaining peanut sauce and Broil on top rack in oven for about 3 minutes per side
5.) Serve with reserved Peanut sauce.
