Chop/dice one large onion

saute diced onions with ground turkey in the olive oil

add minced garlic continue to saute until turkey is cooked through

Drain excess fat and transfer to crockpot.

Add 2 cans diced tomatoes

Add 2 cans red kidney beans - drained

Add 1 can of El Pato Salsa

Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, cumin, and coriander

Stir mixture to incorporate all ingredients.

Cook on low 6 hours or on high for 3 hours
This recipe has a good amount of heat/spice. Reduce amounts of chili powder if too spicy for your palate.
