Directions:

fry up the ground trukey with the garlic and onions.

put one tablespoon of the spicy mayo on each of the tortillas

add the rest of the veggies to the turkey mixture, but dont cook it anymore

preheat the oven to 400

divide the turkey mixture evenly among the 4 tortillas, but only put in on half of the shell

put cheese on the top of the tortilla mixture

fold the other half of the tortila over the top, so the turkey is covered

bake for 10-15 minutes

to make it more filling, you can also add brown rice and so or kideny beans to the mixture. sooo yummy!
