Will try to log all food today. am enjoying exercise but hamstrings are sore. Still feel bad about all my weight and am tired.

I am feeling bad about a couple of things:
The size of my thighs. I know I should measure them but get nauseous and dizzy just thinking about that task. The fact that I have eaten most of my calories before 11:00 a.mn.
1:21 Ate 14 Girl scout thin mints. Did 5 minutes of cardio kick boxing am ashamed,
