ok.. i'm down to like 202. well i weighted in today and nothing steady the same weight as last week. my aunt is in town if you catch my drift.. so i dont think i could really say my weight is what it is. i will weight again on friday maybe. but i cant lie.. even though i know i probably have lost weight it just isnt showing because of the water weight. it still brings me down.. i think of all the work i have done over the last 34 days just to only lose like 8-9 pounds makes me so sad.. i figured i would be under 200 by n...

ok.. in 27 days i have lost 9 lbs.. when i was on adipex i would lose 10lbs in a week. and it has took me 27 days.. im i bit down :( i've been doing this for nearly a month now.. everyone says if you diet and exercise it will just fall off.. well you know what.. it doesnt.. i'm going to continue on this lil adventure.. pull up my big girl panties and do my best! well at least i can say i did these 9 without pills or drugs of any kind.. when i wanted to lose weight before i would do adip...

they say if you do anything for 21 days its a change that will stay. i have made it to the 21 days.. im happy this is the longest i have ever held on to a diet and i think its mostly because i understand now it isnt a diet. its a change of lifestyle. just like a drug addict i have days when i wanna cave and eat this and that.. and i dont.. because i know i cant.. i cant fail this time. i weighted myself yesterday and i loose.. im still 207 so thats a plus..i didnt gain. thats the up si...

well christmas is over.. and i ate like everyone else did. and i weighted in today at 207 so i have lost like 5lbs since i started. I AM GOING TO KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!! i cant fail on this.. i am 32 and so out of shape and on my way to being sick with heart issues and sugar problems if return to the way i was. I cant believe it! I went all day yesterday without a coke.. but this morning i felt it. so when i had breakfast i drank like 3/4 of a can. and i feel better. my exercise plan so far is my elliptical and i got a zumba kind of wii game to do. i'm going to start there and if i can keep it up enough to lose 20lbs. im going to go buy a full mini gym thing. fitclick says i should be at 1380 on my cal intake.. but my cousin who is a physical trainer says i need more.. she says i should be doing...
