April 17th - Joined a gym, got a trainer and now I need to start to eat right.
Okay eating right has never been an easy thing for me. I have always sabotaged myself in the evenings while watching TV. I need to learn to eat correctly during this time.
My goal this week is to eat sensibly every day - All day and All night
Aiming for a 2lb weight loss this week
