So I have been using this sight now for around 2 weeks.  I think it is helping me get a beter picutre of what is going on with my weight.  I can see clearly that I have to modify my idea of a cheat day.  I can also see clearly that if and when I am eating out I have to make healthier choices in temrs of location and food choice.  There is really no need in drinking with all of those calories and if I am going to do so maybe just 1 is enough! 

I had a bad day on Pam's birthday with unhealthy fod choices....2 Grande Margaritas (Oh my god those are good)...and..w.ait for it...chesse cake!

What have I leanred:
  1. I need to not only watch what I eat but I should be more aware of the nutritional value (maybe I should look closer at a plan on this site)
  2. I think I should skip Margaritas and desert until I hit a goal on my weight (then celebrate with 2 of each!)
  3. I should not keep doing a cheat day but rahter a cheat meal
  4. I should have my cheat meal on a day when I burn calories not on a day when I am static
  5. I need to step up the workouts and start brining in weights
