went to bed yesterday after day 2 of the 30 day shred, and was so so very sore. I woke up today, and was a little reluctant. BUT worked through that and did the workout at 840 this morning(a little later than the 2 first days). its been an hour since I did it, and I FEEL WONDERFUL. The workout was "easier" today, I was not 1/2 as out of breath as I was the first and second day, afterwards.
I think this is a life saver! THE BEST decision I have made for myself in a while. I weighed myself this morning, and it doesnt bother me that I havent dropped much weight this week, because I can feel the difference. I am considering buying a digital scale, instead of my dial one, I know they are more accurate.
I did measure today, and its been a few days, I was so surprised!
I have not lost any on my arms and thighs, yet. BUT!!!
I have lost 1" in my chest, 1" in my waist, 2.5!!! yes 2.5" in my abdomen and 2" !!! in my hips! (the most lost in my worst areas)THIS MAKES ME ECSTATIC!
Its working, I know it is. The burn is not so BAD today, it feels good, still sore, but not any worse than yesterday, and I would even say a little less than yesterday.
Im glad that I have motivated some people to get back to it, Im really surprised with myself, because typically I talk myself out of it... after a day or 2 of being sore. But I am just as motivated today as I was on day 1. Not to mention, the confidence that is coming with this.
Its good to have my little girl watching too, watching her momma take care of herself. Its an important lesson I think, to teach your kids to take care of themselves.
