Hopefully, there are some "over 50" ladies on this site. I am pretty close to following my daily diet (1200-1300 cals a day) and walking about 3 miles a day up and down hills. I get frustrated because I am lucky if I lose a pound a week. I know as we age our metabolism slows, but this seems like I really try and get so little in return! I hate to admit it, but I would rather eat my tasty, good food! LOL As we age, things we could eat or not exercise when we were young are gone! Any encouragement or advice would be great.
