When I went to college I gained 15-20lbs the 1st year so I started Nutri-system.  I lost 30lbs on Nutri-system, but as soon as I stopped the program, I gained it all back plus 5-10lbs.  A year later I wanted to join the military and I had to lose about 10-15lbs to reach the military's weight limit. After joining the military, I got pregnant.  I weighed 152lbs (5'2") after pregnancy.  I started walking everyday...picking up speed/distance and watched what I ate and I got down to 105-110lbs which I maintained for several years.  I was also able to lose the pregnancy weight after my 2nd and 3rd.  Then when I was 35 (2008), I went thru a very difficult divorce and began to put on the weight.  I've been yo-yo dieting since then.  My weight has now gotten up to 145lbs and I am determined to lose it.  I've noticed that my energy level has gone down and I don't want to go out and do anything because I am ashamed of my weight.  A week ago I decided to wake up every morning and complete the Insanity Program.  I completed Week 2 Day 1 today.  I've also been tracking my calories and nutriition on FitClick.  After just one week I already feel healthier.  I know it will take time to get the weight off, but I am determined that I will get back down to 110lbs.
