About me: I'm Alex from Leicester/England have gone down to about 12.5 stone from 21 stone about 2 years ago. I've been following the warrior diet. It's a form of intermittent fasting and it has become a way of life now. My body fat percentage is about 16 now. I tried many diets. I did low carb (Atkins), tried a vegetarian diet, 2 weeks vegan and paleo. I lost weight on all of them following intermittent fasting but I've gone back to a mostly plant based diet. I realised that a vegan diet is the way to go for me. I enjoy fruits and vegetables more than meat. On paleo or low carb I had mood swings and low energy. Also the grocery bill was quite high and somehow my digestion was very bad. Now I'm on the way getting lean. I have more energy, feel healthier and one thing I love is sun and good weather.
