About me: Educational Background/Current Employment
Hello everyone!
My name is Danny Maggard. I obtained an AA degree in Criminal Justice and BS in Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, and Biology from Drury University Springfield Missouri. I currently work at the Ava Police Department as a dispatcher and I also volunteer with the Ava City Fire Department as a captain, and the Ava/Douglas County Emergency Management as a deputy director.
I enjoy working with the public and helping my fellow citizens when they are in a time of need. When an emergency happens there are all kinds of events that happen, which affects the family in a negative way. Being one of the people that comes and helps them get through the emergency by putting out their fire, helping a family member that is having a medical problem, and other emergency problems is what I feel is my calling in life.
