About me: I am a single mother with a teenage daughter and want to be healthier so that I can do more with her and be around longer for her. For the better part of my adult life I was in very good physical shape, and I feel like a thin healthy person trapped in a fat lazy person's body! My goal is to get out of that trap so I can be the real me again!
