So, in May of 2012 (so this last May), I ran a half-marathon. I did it in 2:04. Not bad, right? Well, then I stopped exercising regularly and gained 7-10 lbs. In September I started exercising again and now it seems like I'm having a really hard time getting back to where I was. I way less, but I fee less tone.
I am going to the gym now, I am trying to do strength training to tone up. But, I feel super super bulky.
