Calories Burned:  755 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
Set elliptical to manual, level 12. Raise level to 15 when ever milage counter hits .80, return to level 12 when hits X.00  The Lifefitness 90x I use in the gym has a 35 minute timer, with a 5 minute cool down.
