    I started this journey a little over a month ago.  On 10Sep24 I started a membership to Curves that my mom gave me for my birthday.  In the first mo I lost 3 lbs (2.04 lbs of fat) and 6.5 in.  This doesnt seem like its much but for someone who has tried alot of different programs to loose the weight Ive put on since 95 its a big thing to me.  Loosing 3 lbs has put me under 300 ...
