Calories Burned:  521 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)
Instructions: 
 Combo of spin bike, bench step ups, upper body weights, core (any) including plank, medicine ball tosses - keep going 2 minutes for each activity and alternate cardio with core or strength.
