Calories Burned:  476 calories per hour   (based on a body weight of 150 lbs.)

i run for 15 min. twice a day and 30 min. at lunch time.

I work out on my gazelle for 25-30 minutes 2 x a week and walk 45 minutes 3x a week it seems to work for me

Awesome... I hope to get upto 30 min. a day.. then add another 30... 2 weeks ago.. 1 min. whipped my butt.. :-) I did 5 min. today... Thanks for your info.. it helps a lot..

I use the gazelle 30 minutes twice a day. Once in the morning & once at night.
