Description
This five-day per week program consists of three days (two are light) of circuit strength training and two days of moderate intensity cardio. Strength training exercises use dumbbells or body-weight so this workout may be done at the gym or at home.

Workout routine comments

For those of you who have a bowflex, what is your routine?

I'm new to FitClick and have been recently diagnosed with osteoporosis and need a sound program that I can follow at the gym I've joined that does not include any forward bending, extreme twisting at the waist and no crunches. Weightbearing exercises are considered the best for bone building. Where do I start here?
