I finnally decided to get off my butt and lose some weight, ive been going to the gym for 2 weeks now and am feeling better. My blood sugar has dropped 30 points. Im walking 2 miles on the treadmill at3mph and riding the stationary bike 3-4 miles, and then some light weights. Hey im not setting any records but its got to be better than rotting on the couch.

I walk everyday, but I'm hoping with an exercise tracker I will be able to keep track of my progress.
