I am just new to this site and thinking this is the work out plan for me and mix it up with the beginners program too. I hope to lose 125 pounds by this time next year. It is going to be so hard with the holidays coming up though to stay away from all the food. not sure how I will do it. But I think small amounts of everything will help out instead of BIG amounts of everything like I always do> I am at lest 250 and i am 5'2 so I for sure need to lose at lest 100 pounds but would love to lose at lest 125. I would love to be down to 104 but I have bigger body frame so not sure what I will do for sure. But want to get down at lest 100 pounds that would help me out. I don't ovulate right when I am over weight and we want a baby. So I have to lose at lest 100 or more pounds so that I am round the healthy weight for my hight

Walking is great exercise although I would reccomend finding some hilly terrain if possible to kick it up a notch!
