I had gastric bypass surgery 3 years ago. I was told walking was the only exercise I needed to do. I did it religiously; however, the weight is starting to creep back and I must stop it before it gets out of hand. I started working with the Wii 3 days a week for 90 minutes a day. I enjoy it a lot but I want to do maybe some walking or other exercise on the other days. Strength training has been suggested. Any other ideas?

I had a baby a year ago and gained a saddening 63 pounds. I am pregnant again, and although excited about the baby, sad that I have lost the entire 63 pounds from baby #1 and scared to see the weight gain from baby #2. I know I am going to gain weight I just hope this helps me keep it in control and not feel so sad all the time.

I gained some weight before getting pregnant with my daughter and I was 11 lbs overweight when I got pregnant and during the last two months of pregnancy I gained another 30lbs i lost some of it butt Im pretty overweight and Im miserable! I have a small body frame and people dont believe me when I tell them my weight but Im 5ft 4in and weigh 176 lbs now and it sucks! I hope walking works, along with yoga, and toning excercises. I want the body I had back when I was 16! Im only 20, I cant wait to lose this fat!
