I began on Monday, so today is day 4 of my low carb diet... I know I'm not supposed to jump on the scale until Monday again, but I did anyway and I am down 6 lbs so far. That in itself is motivation. The last time I tried the low carb diet, I was really tired for the first week, but this time I feel fine. I am sticking to eating veggies and lower fat meats...no bacon or sausage. I make sure I bring something to snack on during the day. I am in love with boiled peanuts... 1/4 C i...
