100 plus to lose and unsure
Hi, this is the first time that I have used a site like this. I am approaching 50 fast and I am tired of carrying around so much extra. I am hoping for a community that understands the obstacles, the disappointments, and can still encourage through it all. I would also like to give back to those in the same condition through support and encouragement and just walking it out until its done. I'm looking forward to hearing from ya'll!

This site gives you the tools to achieve your goals. Stay focus on your goals and you will do it. Make sure your program includes the basic components of a successful program. Aerobic exercise, weight training, stretching, and nutrition.

You can do it!
Joining this site is a great start. Don't think about losing 100 lbs just think about losing 1 lb. Baby steps. Set realistic short term goals and you can definitely achieve your ultimate goal. All the best!

Trying to lose it!
I feel I really am ready to conquer the weight I have put on over a period of 4 years. It may not seem much to some but it is to me. I am at 211lbs and would love to get down to 165lbs. For health reasons I am 42 and female have been walking on the treadmill for almost 2 weeks. I was walking 2 miles a day last week This week I have pushed myself to 3 miles in 58 mins and hope to keep it up! Thanks.

Great
Keep going on the treadmill and put some weight training in your program. Make some goals for yourself.
