9-5 Plans
I'm sure a lot of you are like me and are in an office for the majority of the day.

What is your nutrition schedule like?
What snacks do you have during the workday?
What meals do you have before heading to the gym after leaving work?

I was just wondering how you get everything you need. (Could be for bulking, cutting, etc...)

The diet part is hard
Hi Scout,
I wish there was a 'formula' for ripping or bulking. If there is, let me know! lol.

But this is what seems to work for me. I try take in 2000-2500 calories a day. Most days I'm good. The remaining days I'm easily over 3000+. I regiment my breakfast and lunch to always the same things. Dinner and snacks are where I vary my food intake. My rule of thought is, if I eat healthy, but light, for breakfast and lunch, I can eat fairly hearty at dinner (with some snacking).

Breakfast
1/2 cup Kashi crunch cereal
splash of soy milk (or almond milk, or skim milk)

Lunch
Sweet potato
3 cups of mixed -prefrozen vegetables

I typically don't eat everything during my lunch hour. I usually eat the rest of it at my 3pm break.

Oh, and I HAVE TO eat dinner when I get home. I'm too hungry to workout without eating when I get home.

Good luck!
