A question please
I will prolly be like "oh yah", but if someone can please help me with the calories/BMR equation = net cals? Can you show me please? I am a little confused by this. I am thinkin BMR is body mass ratio, but really not sure how to figure my net calories and would love to learn this to keep better workout records for myself.

The BMR stands for Basal Metablic Rate. It's basically the rate at which your body naturally burns calories in any given day, depending on your level of activity. Your net calories are determined by the difference between calories consumed, calories burned, and your BMR.
