A "web 2.0" way to track water and fruits & veggies intake
It would be great if you could add a visual way for users to track their daily intake of water and fruits and veggies along with posting actual food. Since we are advised to drink 8-10 glasses of water per day, and to consume 5 portions of fruits and vegetables (9 for men), I was hoping that you could add, say, a row of outlines of 10 glasses and a row of 10 vegetarian items (like outlines of a tomato with a banana), that we could click on to "fill" it or put a check in it or cross it out, so that we can gauge how well we are doing on those goals as well as keep within our calorie limit and nutritional targets.

Thank you!

love your veggie tracker idea
As far as the water tracking goes, if you add water to meals and snacks, it will show in FitClick's current tracker.
But for veggies, there's only an option to edit the tracker to show fiber, a couple of vitamins, and iron.
I think you're on to something with the veggie tracker idea because even though fruit will show up as carbs, etc., it gets lumped in there with less healthy carbs. Since they have minimal calories but are so important for health, I agree that visual reminders to include vegetables would be helpful for many people.
