A weight loss plan that just might kill me!
I need feedback guys. I started a new weight loss plan, check it out and tell me if this is too much. All I want to lose is 10 lbs. in 6 weeks.
* I reduced my calorie intake to 1200 per day
* I completely did away with all white bread, rice and pasta
* I'm taking Green Tea fat burners 3 pills a day
* I'm also taking Dexitrim (found in Walmart) 3 pills daily
* Plus, I'm doing the "Special K Challenge"
* And for exercise, I'm rotating "The Biggest Loser" Sculpting and Cardio DVDs 5 days a week.
If all this doesn't work, it'll probably kill me. lol

hmm
I'd recommend just drinking green tea and losing all the pills. You're going to be shocking your body already with the calorie reduction and workouts - adding pills on top could be pretty bad for your liver and heart. Also I'd pass on the Special K Challenge - it's in the same category as white bread, rice and pasta = refined carbs. It's an especially bad way to start your way as it makes your glycemic index spike and then plumment - not a great impact for the metabolism. Minus the pills and cereal (maybe eggs and fruit for breakfast, or yogurt and fruit instead)...what the heck, give it a go and see what happens. If you're tired and run down, eat a little more. I think 10 lbs in 6 weeks is doable, assuming your body fat % now is over, say 25%.

Ok
I tested a lot of weight loss programs, pills and diets for couple of years now. Atkins diet is one example but I’m not really satisfied with it because it’s making my body weak.
I’m on Medifast Diet right now. So far I don’t feel weak like when I’m using Atkins. The caloric intake is around 800-1000 calories.
It’s a bit pricey, but there are plenty of coupons available on the internet (i.e. http://www.swoopup.com/stores/deals/Medifast-Diet ). Even if you don’t pay full price.
My advice is just choose a diet plan which your body reacts positively to. No one knows your body better than you do!
