Changing BMR
My adjusted BMR is wrong. Is there a way to manually change it? Because the adjusted BMR reflects higher calories than my body can actually take to maintain weight, it screws up all of my numbers on my progress report. Can someone help? I can only find where you enter your activity level but some of us have lower metabolisms and there has to be a way to manually adjust the calories needed just to maintain. please advise.
