Cooked vegies compared to raw vegies...
While eating my cooked carrots last night I wondered, "Guess I should be eating this raw." Should I? Does cooking remove nutritional value?

Cooking adds nutrition
Although I am new here, I have been interested in nutrition and health improvement my whole life. But, I was surprised to learn that a study done on nutritional values of vegetables, found that out of 20 random ones they studied, carrots and celery were the two that actually increased in nutrition upon cooking. Isn't that amazing? I will try to find the link for you.
