Desire to reduce size of muscles and bulk
Does anyone out there have a diet/workout plan that will help me to be smaller/leaner. I am scared of lifting weights as it might make my calves and thighs even bigger. I want to be LEAN AND MEAN Not bulky and mean. Thank you!

dont worry
you can lift all you want!! you are women, not a man...you wont "bulk up"

you dont have enough testosteron to bulk up!!

i used to lift alot (getting back into it :o) i used to squat 300lbs!! and i wore size 26pants

here are some guides to help you

to lean up, lose weight, endurance: lift light with high reps
to get stronger: lift heavy low rep
(of course there many more, but its a start)

a mix of both and you'll be on your way to a lean mean hot machine!

Dont worry of bulking up....its a misconseption women have....those women we see in fitness mags with the big muscles, they dont drink so the skin will stick to their muscles, but, once they start drinking, they look awsome!!!
