Different stages in the weight losing progress
I have been practicing the lifestyle to lose weight for a while, including do a vegetable diet and do intensive exercises. At the first stage, around 2 first weeks, it seemed very successful when I lost substantial weight. After that period, although I have maintained the same habits, there was no much change with my weight. Then, I felt impatient and wanted to give up.
Do you experience the same case as mine? What should I now to improve the situation?
P/s: I am doing an office job (in a virtual staging company ), so I have to sit many hours in front of my computer each day.
