Does arthritis affect your exercise pattern?
As you age arthritis sets into your joints and can be very painful. Sometimes, on those cold days when it really kicks in, you just want to sit on the couch and do nothing when you know you need to get up and move. I know lots of you are young and I do hope your future does not include this terrible joint problem! Best of luck to you

Many young people have it, it is a degenerative disease.
My sister has RA her joints have been deformed since she was a teenager. I have it but no where to the extent she does. Drinking Braggs RAW organic apple cider vinegar every day, has actually helped, along with exercise, gentle yoga, etc. Move it or lose it, right?

Common arthritis question.
I have the common arthritis type in back and also in hands. Is there anything anyone has found that helps this pain? I like the apple cidar vinegar reminder, I had forgotten that, is that taken straight or diluted in water?

Braggs Raw Organic w. the "Mother"
One thing that helps which hurts at first is massage...even self done. It helps to distribute the sinovial fluid, and aleviate the swelling. The apple cider vinegar has to be the raw organic kind, the stuff from the grocery store is refined, so don't even bother with it. Hope that helps. I drink it will a glass of water, some say distilled is best, add 1 tsp of black strap molasses to sweeten it a bit, plus gives you a good does of potassium.
