Eat your veggies and fruits!
On here I constantly read people saying that they won't eat veggies of fruits yet they want to know what to do with their diet for weight loss. Are you serious???
Veggies should definitely be a part of your diet. Why? Because that's where you get most of your nutrition. I've learned from past experience that the more nutrient dense my food was the less I was hungry.
I have a theory that hungry has very little to do with how much you eat. It's not quantity. It's quality. I've found that the days that I eat healthy I'm less hungry and am far less likely to overeat.
I can understand the whole not liking veggies thing. I was once there. But I've found that the more I eat them (and the more variety I eat them with) the more I like them.
Eating veggies doesn't have to be a chore. It can be very delicious. Salads are NOT the only way to eat vegetables. I personally don't like salads. But instead I'll make something else. Like tomato bowls (cut a tomato in half, scoop out the insides, then fill the half with whatever chopped veggies you have on hand).
As for fruit. There is nothing that I've found that cures my sugar cravings like fruit does. The things you can do with fruit! It's great to grab an apple when I'm in the mood to munch. But a fruit salad is so much more appetizing. I have a Luau Fruit Salad that is to die for! And the mixed flavors of the different fruits is so yum!
It's plain and simple. Eat healthier and you'll find that your body is healthier (and that includes weight loss). Eat healthier and you'll have fewer health problems, more energy, and won't be a slave to food.
If you're serious about losing weight then EAT YOUR VEGGIES AND FRUITS!

Health is very much important for us. Proper vegetarian diets and fruits that suffice energy obligations and contain a variety of leafy protein foods can give sufficient protein for beginners without the use of non-vegetarian foods or supplements. 3g repeaters

Vegetarianism can only be beneficial if it is a feature of your body. Be sure to consult your doctor before switching to such a diet. I generally think that fruits and vegetables are not a panacea.
