Eating smaller more frequent meals. . .
throughout the day, keeps my blood sugar level, and prevents crashes, and binges. I still find mini-meals work better than just snacks. I know that eating large meals for people with eating or weight issues-even if they are considered low carb foods, floods the bloodstream with glucose and thus insulin-for pre-diabetics, dismetabolics, and type I and II diabetics, keeping level is really important. This eating system has helped me, to lose weight. Does anyone else use this method with effective results?
