Help with my Progress
I finally figured out how to update the calories burned for a workout, however, now the Progress Report is still showing zero calories burned for the 2 days I have entered. Any idea what I am doing wrong?

Submit Your Results
Hi. You just need to hit the "Submit Results" button on the workout tracker for the days that you saved exercise data on. That will enable the system to permanently save your results.

submitting exercising results
The one thing I was doing wrong was on the progress report be sure you are on the correct date. I would print my progress only to have zero calories burned I was on the wrong date.
You will get it. Just play around. That's how I figured alot of this out.
