How to use $%^ workout tracker?
I just started this on Sunday...so I'm a newbie (but a determined one). I'm signed up for a plan, but I want to be able to enter what I actually did (a custom entry, but not one that will necessarily repeat so I'm not saving it as a "plan"). If I go over/under time, etc., how do I enter that and get the points? if I do 11 crunches instead of 15, how do I enter that and get the points? It counts up my calories just fine, now I want credit for the work. Please help! Thanks.

Add Exercises, Submit Results
Hi Ksuzn. You may "Add an Exercise" to any day on your calendar. After you've added your exercises, enter the weights reps, and/or times in the Actual column. Then, Submit Results to see your calories burned calculated.
