How to use $%^ workout tracker?
I just started this on Sunday...so I'm a newbie (but a determined one). I'm signed up for a plan, but I want to be able to enter what I actually did (a custom entry, but not one that will necessarily repeat so I'm not saving it as a "plan"). If I go over/under time, etc., how do I enter that and get the points? if I do 11 crunches instead of 15, how do I enter that and get the points? It counts up my calories just fine, now I want credit for the work. Please help! Thanks.
