Is Canadian Bacon considered lean?
In my spinach salad it calls for Canadian bacon heated-- it looks very lean but it certainly does pop a good bit when heated in the microwave. Is it bc of the fat content? The type I use says 3 slices is 60 calories so doesn't seem real bad for you!

Sodium
Lean, but still high in sodium. Not something you would eat every day.
