Just found FitClick!
Hi - I just found FitClick and so far pretty neat!
I'm going to be 40 in 9 days - eeek!
I just want to lose about 10 - 15 lbs but it isn't 'melting" off like it used to. I'm 5'2 so every pounds shows. I'm also into eating a balanced diet (i.e. avoid fast food, processed sugar, etc.) - I have more of a discipline problem with activity.
Is anyone also about to turn 40 or has recently? Thoughts?
