Low Impact Workout
Does Fitclick have a Low impact workout in the system? I have bad knee's (both) surgeries on both so I'm missing the cartalige in both knees and missing both anterior and posterior ligaments in the left knee and the anterior ligament in the right. So I need a workout that does not put a lot of strain on my knee's.

Swim! (etc., at YMCA)
YMCA's have either one pool with seperate lap hours or two pools with one as a dedicated lap pool. Membership fees can go by a sliding scale. There are also exercise bikes, eliptical machines, and possibly rowing machines. You might like to try a yoga class there for stretching. To top it off, they usually have saunas, steamrooms, and showers.
